San Francisco Bay Lessons, 2008-2009

Learn to sail aboard a classic 35’ sloop out of Sausalito.

ExploraMar would love to teach you how to sail on San Francisco Bay. One of ExploraMar's skippers has been a licensed Coast Guard Captain for 30 years and has been teaching the fine art of sailing for over 25 years.

Lessons are $25 per hour per person with a minimum of 3 hours. We can teach any level of experience, including beginners, and our philosophy is to get on the water for hands-on experience with instruction. We sail out of Sausalito, mostly in the afternoons, and teach lessons on demand, so there can be anywhere from one to four students aboard. Often times you may find yourself with a one-on-one lesson.
If you are interested in a charter on the Bay, the cost is $60 per person for a 2-hour cruise, up to six persons.

Mexico , 2008

ExploraMar made the decision to offer two Mexico sessions to older, college-age students for Summer, 2008. Unfortunately, both boats on both sessions are already full. Check back periodically to see if there have been any cancellations.
